Nancy M. Barton
Age 87 of West Union, WV departed this life on Monday, February 26, 2018 in her residence.
She was born on September 28, 1930 in Fairview, Webster County, WV a daughter of the late Roal Patrick and Rose Ann Payne Clevenger.
Surviving are two sons, James Richard “Rick” Barton, Parkersburg,WV; Gregory Randal Barton, Ellenboro, WV; one granddaughter, Meredith Wright, one great grandson, Bristin Wright, four sisters, Susan Gayle Galzer and husband Paul, Mansfield, TX, June Thomas, Lawrenceville, GA, Barbara Ankrum and husband, Mike, Blacksville, VA, Linda Slade and husband Bill, Hardy, VA, one brother, James Patrick Clevenger and wife Mary, Morgantown and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Kenneth and Richard Clevenger and one sister Peggy Billotti preceded her in death.
Nancy was a homemaker and was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted in the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Church Street West Union with Pastor David McCauley presiding at a time to be announced in March and will be held in April.
Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Webster County.
