He was born June 9, 1948, in Oak Hill, W.Va. He enjoyed gardening, yard work, long walks and tinkering around the garage. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Mr. Ward was employed at L.R.T.W. Park (Lodi), and was the owner of the trailer park for 11 years.
He is survived by his wife, Trudi (Hinz) Ward of Columbia Station; mother, Violet Ward of Berea; brothers, Al (Rosetta) Ward of Columbia Station, Carl Ward of Tulsa, Okla., Donald Ward of Cleveland, Richard (Melissa) Ward of Berea, and Tim Ward of Akron; sister, Audrey (Elmer) Hemphill of Tulsa, Okla.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arrow Ward.
Mass: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Grace Baptist Church, 3289 Laurel Road, Brunswick. Dr. Richard S. Powers will officiate.
Burial: Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township.
