April Marie Murphy, 38 of Florence passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018. April was a native of Florence and was baptized at Creekside. She loved listening to music and dancing, camping and fishing with Caleb, enjoying nature and wildlife, spending time with family and friends, and Alabama Football games.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wade Murphy; brother, Kevin Murphy; grandparents, Bud and Janice Murphy and Ned Campbell.
April is survived by her mother, Janice Campbell Murphy, grandmother, Robbie Campbell; son, Caleb Druekemiller; boyfriend, Keith Kelley; sisters, Jasmine Murphy and Ashley Moore; cousins, Brandon, Sabrina, Bethany, A.J., Nathan, and Nicholas Campbell; niece, Destiny Murphy; and nephews, Michael Schooley, Kevin, Joseph, and Brianne Belue.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 27th from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will be Wednesday, February 28, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Charles Swindle officiating. Burial will be at Central Heights Community Cemetery.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
