KENNETH N. HATFIELD, 59, of East Northern Ave., died at the Washington County Hospital Tuesday. Born in Hagerstown, he was the son of Samuel and Emma Rodgers Hatfield.
He owned and operated an excavating business.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine Semler Hatfield; daughter, Mrs. Anita Snyder, Hagerstown; two brothers, Marvin Hatfield and Herman Hatfield, Hagerstown; five sisters, Mrs. Madeline Hayes, Mrs. Hazel Thomas, Mrs. Alice Price, and Mrs. Margaret Powell, all of Hagerstown; and Mrs. Louise Stottlemyer, Funkstown; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at Rest Haven Cemetery.
