She was married in 1974 to David E. Green, who survives, and they have celebrated 43 years of marriage.
Jo Ann was born on Nov. 21, 1943, in Lewisburg and was the daughter of the late David Coup Sr. and Mabel (Clark). She had worked at Brodarts, Old Corner Hotel, Billtown Mechanical and Bekins Moving and Storage. She enjoyed camping, reading, jigsaw puzzles, spending time with her grandchildren and going to lunch with her Brodart co-workers. She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
In addition to her husband David, she is survived by two sons, Paul E. Bartlett Jr. (Edna), of Lock Haven and Perry A. Bartlett, of Philadelphia; three daughters, Stephanie A. Bryan, Staci L. Gower (Robert) and Susan L. Young, all of Williamsport; five grandchildren, Edward Brungard, of Mill Hall, Aimee Bertin, of Conway, S.C., Erin Rishel, of Lock Haven, Aaron Bertin, of Montandon and Desiree Bartlett, of Howard; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, David Coup Jr. (Yvonne), of Milton; and two sisters, Helen Adams (Gary), of Montgomery and Sandy Goodenough, of Coudersport. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Nellie May and one nephew, David Adams.
There will be a Celebration of Life service held 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, at the Montgomery United Methodist Church, 41 W. Houston Ave., Montgomery, with Pastor Christopher Long officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Breast Cancer Awareness, Alzheimer's Association or Parkinson's Foundation.
