Born July 24, 1965 in Rutherford County, he was the son of the late JC Skipper and Joyce Skipper Sims.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jerry Ruppe officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
