Norma was the cherished wife of the late Charles “Chuck” Caldwell. Treasured mother of Linda Lee Caldwell, Dave (Patti) Caldwell and the late Rick Caldwell. Adored grandmother of Megan Caldwell, Ashley and Tom Rothweil. Beloved great-grandmother of Alivia, Isaiah, Noah, Nathan and Amelia. Loving daughter of the late Roy and Ethel Darby. Norma was the City Clerk of Hazelwood, Missouri for over 35 years. She was also a member of the Hazelwood City Counsel and Soroptimist International.
Services: A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 3, 6:30 p.m. at Trinity Church, 3515 Shackelford Road, Florissant, MO 63031.
