Hemet, May 6, - Funeral services were conducted today for Carlos Cranford Houghton, 70, who came to California after retiring as vice-president of the Standard & Poor Investment Co. He leaves his widow Genevra, and four children, Carlos D. of Levittstown, Pa., Anna Marjorie H. Thielemann of Bel Air, Donald B. of Princeton, N.J. and Lucy H. Laine of Silver Springs Md.
