On February 17, 2018, lifelong Chico resident, Raymond Leroy Coleman passed away peacefully at his home.
He was born on April 25, 1946 to Ray and Alice Coleman. He attended Chico schools. He was a member of the Eagles organization. He owned his own painting business and retired in 2014.
Ray enjoyed golf, bowling, hunting, fishing, cribbage, and talking politics but most of all he loved spending time with his wife; Lynette, his children; Gary and Jason(Kelsey) and grandchildren; Ray, Brinley and Avery.
In addition to his family, he is survived by his two sisters; Sherry Krueger and Patty Roberts (Dick) and two brothers; Ronnie (Colleen) and Gary Coleman and numerous brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Lakeside Pavilion (California Park), 2565 California Park Drive, Chico, CA on Sunday, February 25 at 1:00 pm.
