Elaine Ruth Colins, 47, passed away peacefully after a heroic battle with cancer February 13, 2018. She was surrounded with love and by her family.
Elaine was born to Harrell and the late Elvie Timbs on October 7, 1970.
Strong and selfless, Elaine was generous and loving especially when it came to her children, Delaine (Randell) Carroll and Deleon Collins, Jr. and her siblings, Allen C.(Pamela) Hamzy, Bobby (Cheryl) Timbs, And Tammy (Tim) Green. Her memory will be cherished by them, her large extended family, as well as, her church family at Church of the Open Door.
Elaine will be welcomed to Heaven by her mother and niece, Caitlyn Timbs.
Pallbearers will be Randell Carroll, Winsten Hill, Allen Hamzy, Todd Montgomery, Andre Ford, and Rusty Devore. Honorary pallbearers are Deleon Collins, Jr. and Isaiah Dickerson.
The family would like to thank the inpatient staff at Arkansas Hospice for the kindness and love they showed Elaine.
A Celebration of Elaine's Life will follow on Tuesday, February 20 at 2:30 pm with her pastor, Teddy Frye officiating.
Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery.
