Barbara was employed as a paint mixer at Payless Cashways in Raytown, Missouri. Before her health got her down, she was the resident coordinator at Hawthorne Estates in Harrisonville and loved to volunteer at the Harrisonville Food Pantry.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth J. Hopper.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Sabrina Cox and husband Michael, Harrisonville, Missouri; two grandsons, Gage and Gavin Sartain; a sister, Verna Ware and husband Harold, Richmond, Missouri; special friends, Susie Ash, Linda Meyer and Kay McCarthy; many other beloved family and friends.
