Dwayne Spencer Gupton , 75, of Louisburg, NC, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Franklin Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Louisburg, NC. He was born July 14, 1939 to the late Willis Spencer and Lessie G. Gupton.
Surviving Dwayne are his wife, Alma Marks Gupton ; sons, Bryan Gupton and his wife Linda, and Kevin Gupton ; a sister Peggy Gupton Leonard, all of Louisburg. Dwayne worked at the Bolton Corporation for 38 years and was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church. March 27th would have marked 51 years of marriage for Dwayne and Alma.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015, from 7:00pm until 8:30pm at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at 2:00pm at Sandy Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Kaden Williamson and Rev. Joel Story officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
