YOUNG - Lloyd 80, Revloc, passed away at his home February 6, 2018. He was born July 20, 1937 in Mineral Springs, Clearfield County, son of the late Francis and Fannie (Maines) Young. Surviving are his children: daughter Mary Rhodes and husband Thomas, son William Young, and daughter Candy Young all of Altoona; daughter Melanie Keener and husband Richard of Hollidaysburg; and his partner of 32 years Mary A. Balogh of Revloc; 2 sisters, Doxie Gray (John), and Leatha Young, and one brother Stanley Young (Charlotte). He was preceded by 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Lloyd retired as a chef from Candlelight Restaurant in Ebensburg and had served as a chef throughout restaurants in Altoona. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, scrapping, and especially spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed. A memorial service for Lloyd will be held at 3 PM Saturday, February 24, 2018, at First Baptist Church, 1209 17th Street, Altoona, Pa, 16601, with Rev. Tyler Pepper, officiating.
