She was a 1958 graduate of Assumption High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Andrew Russell and Blanche Harrison Russell; a brother, Eugene Russell (Mary); and a grandson John Adam Dean. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Robert Anthony Janes; three children, Andrew Thomas Janes (Angela), Kimberly Ann Janes Dean and Julie Marie Janes; eight grandchildren, Zach Janes (Megan), Caitlyn Janes, Dylan Janes, Madeline Janes, Alix Dean Allison (Cody), Katie Anna Dean, Jonathan Corum and Jordan Corum; two great-grandchildren, Adley Janes and Jax Janes; four siblings, Thomas Russell (Stella), Betsy Russell Manning, Martha Daly (Peter) and William Russell (Denise Carroll); and many nieces and nephews. Visitation: Tuesday, Feb. 20, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 21, after 9 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
