Tracy was employed with R.H. Sheppard, Hanover, for more than 20 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles - Aerie #1406, Hanover, and was President of the Hanover Eagle Riders. Tracy also was a member of A.B.A.T.E. and was a retired Maryland Knight. He also enjoyed shooting pool and was an avid Oakland Raiders and Atlanta Braves fan.
In addition to his mother, Tracy is survived by his fiancé, Robin L. Hoke of Hanover; his daughter, Tracy E. Miller of Hanover; his son, Derek Miller of Kingsport, TN; his siblings, Robin Beck of Kansas City, KS, Johnny Miller of Sneedsville, TN, Terry Miller of Tulsa, OK, Barry Miller of Sneedsville, TN and Laura Knotts of Westminster, MD; and his grandchildren, Savannah R. Nelson, Ellena Miller and Paxton Nelson.
A service to celebrate the life of Tracy Miller will be held at 11:00am on Friday, February 23, 2018 at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, with the Rev. Dr. Bruce P. Bouchard officiating. A time to share memories with the family and an opportunity to view will be on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover.
