He was born on March 29, 1995 in Tullahoma to Tracy Ray Clark and Sandra Kay Ware Clark. He worked as a handyman and attended the Unity Baptist Church. He loved hanging out with his friend and listening to music. Cody was preceded in death by his father, Tracy Ray Clark; son, Jaxton Ray Clark; brother, Kyle Ray Clark; grandmother, Sadie Durham; grandfather, William Ray Clark; great-grandparents, Mary Louise Durham and James W. Durham; uncle, Wilson Ray Durham; and aunt, Regina Clark. Survivors include his mother, Sandra Clark of Manchester; sister, Jonie Rollins of Manchester; brother, Richard Martin of Tullahoma; grandmother, Sherry Ann Thompson; aunt, Mary (Tony) Burt of Manchester; uncle, Arnold (Dorothy) Houghtelling of Manchester; fiance', Amber LeAnn Richardson of Winchester; nieces, Aleigha Burt and Raleigh Martin; nephews, Emmett Martin and Keagen Martin; best friends, Marcel Johnson and Mason Wilcox; extended family, April and Kain Richardson; and several cousins.
