Thelma Arlene Hughes, 90, of Lakeland, Florida passed away on February 11, 2018 in St. Petersburg, Florida. She was born in Williamston, Michigan and moved to this area with her husband 60 years ago.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Calvin Hughes and son, Allen Lee Hughes. She is survived by her son Dennis Hughes of St. Petersburg, Florida, grandson, Christopher Hughes of Washington, DC, a great granddaughter, Mackenzie Hughes also of Washington, DC.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale, Florida. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Metropolitan Ministries in Tamps, Florida.
