Linda Carol Geiger, 71, of Chesterfield, passed away January 31, 2018 at Saint Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born on July 25, 1946 in Muncie, Indiana.
She had been the Union Township Assessor for 15 years.
She was a member of Chesterfield Christian Church, Order of Eastern Star #568, and International Order of Job's Daughters #115.
Linda is survived by her children, Cherie (Kent) McCune, Troy (Teresa) Geiger, Chad (Wendy) Geiger; grandchildren, Brittany Skinner, Brandi McCune, Allison Furnish, Tiara Woods, Trevor Geiger, Shaylin Wyatt; great-grandchildren, Daxton, Timothy, Harper, and Jesse; sibling, Trilla (Mike) Noland, Steve (Cathy) Badders, Scott (Ellen) Badders, Russell Badders; sister-in-law, Shirley (Danny) Hanson, brother-in-law, Rob (Sherry) Geiger; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Geiger; father, Arthur Badders; mother, Martha Anderson.
A memorial service will be held at Chesterfield Christian Church on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 4:00pm
