Effie Lou Harris, of Manchester, passed this life on Friday, February 16th, 2018 at Unity Medical Center at the age of 87. Mrs. Harris was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Bedford and Georgie Adcock Bilbrey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Nancy and Patricia Keith. Mrs. Harris is survived by two sons, Billy Keith and Dale Keith; and one daughter, Joyce Keith. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 17th, 2018 at 12:30pm at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
