Lois was born on July 22, 1924 in Lockwood, MO. to Paul and Bessie Polston. She graduated from Lockwood High School and married Bryce Fesler in May 1942 in Lockwood. They moved to Dumas and then later to Amarillo. Lois was a beloved wife, mother and caregiver for her entire family. She was an avid quilter and made several amazing quilts that the family still has in their possession. She will dearly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bryce; a daughter, Shirley and a son, Leon.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Gilmore; four grandchildren, Paul Launius and wife Susan, Annika Morris and husband Keith, Sean Gilmore and Kari Melek and husband Robert and eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
