Joseph H. Finley, 74, died Thursday in Veterans Administration Hospital in Coatesville, Pa., after a long illness.
Mr. Finley, a native of Philadelphia, had been in the hospital since 1932. He was a World War I veteran.
He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Florence Weldin of Claymont, Mrs. Maude Y. Genner of Wilmington and Mrs. Edith S. Philipone of Philadelphia.
Services will be private. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
