Antonio Mendez Harris was born July 17, 1986 in Meriwether County, Georgia to Jay Lewis Hinton and Josephine Harris.

He accepted Christ at an early age and joined New Friendship Baptist Church in Greenville, Georgia.

“ZooZoo” or “Twin” as he was known by many in the community, attended school in the Troup County School System; and later received his GED.

He was employed by Daehan Solutions.

Antonio enjoyed coaching, spending time with his children and family, and playing cards with his family. He loved his family dearly and was loved by many.

On Monday, January 29, 2018, Antonio Mendez Harris departed this life in LaGrange, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William Middlebrooks and Arvella Harris; paternal grandfather, George Bussey; two special aunts, Catherine Robinson, Vernell Bussey; and on uncle, Johnny Russell.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Jay Lewis Hinson; mother, Josephine Harris; two daughters, Zyniya Williams and Denais Williams; four sons, Antravious Alford, Antwon Alford, Mon’Terrious Hart, and Kayden Fields; step-daughter, Jae’Leigh Fannin; three sisters, Nedra (Derrick) Andrews, Valencia (Keyon) Thompson, and Amber Hinton; three brothers, his twin, Santonio Terez Harris, C. J. The Celebration of Life Service will be Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Pastor Michael J. Jackson will officiate. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.
