TIERNEY, Constance M. “Connie” (Fenn), of Holbrook, passed away peacefully after a brief illness, on February 15, 2018, at the age of 82. Born and raised in Boston, Connie graduated from Dorchester High School. For over 30 years she had worked for N.E. Telephone, retiring in 1989. In her free time, Connie was an avid reader, enjoyed writing and spending time with her grandchildren doing puzzles and playing games. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Connie will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known her. Connie was the beloved wife of 44 years to John Tierney. Loving mother of Karen Sierra of Boston, John Tierney of Attleboro, Kimberly Tierney of Las Vegas, NV and Tracey Arcieri of Randolph. Devoted sister of Albert Fenn of Holbrook, Charles Fenn and his wife Celina of NJ and Carol Bonney and her husband Richard of Needham. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period on Thursday, February 22nd from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So. Franklin St. (RT 37), Holbrook, immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Holbrook Animal Shelter, 1 Maple Ave., Holbrook, MA 02343.
