Teresa Jo (Alexander) Fowler, born August 13, 1960 in Hazard, KY passed away Mon., Feb. 12, 2018 at North Florida Regional Medical Center, Gainesville, FL. She was a graduate of Dilce Combs High School, Hazard Vo-Tech, and Hazard Community College and attended the University of Kentucky. She was employed by the Kentucky Dept. of Mines and Minerals and served in the Training and Education Division. Most recently, she was the co-owner and office manager of OJ'S Professional Lawn Care, Homosassa, FL. She enjoyed traveling, the beach, and the mountains of Georgia. Teresa had a special love for dogs and all animals. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Elizabeth "Tootsie" (Eversole) Alexander and her older brother, A.R. Alexander, III. Teresa is survived by her husband of 22 & ½ years, John Fowler of Homosassa; two grandchildren they have raised, Trey Fowler of Homosassa, FL and Destiny Padfield of Tampa, FL, as well as her "little fur baby", Lizzie. Mrs. Fowler is also survived by her stepmother, Donna Anne Alexander and all of her special neighbors, friends and extended family.
A graveside service will be held 12PM Wed. Feb. 21, 2018 at the Evans Cemetery in Campton, KY
