Randy was the son of Bonnie Kate Felder Hart. He was educated in the Houston County School System. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Henderson, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Charlie Hart Jr, his grandmother, Pearlie Mae Felder and his grandfather, Mark Felder Sr.

6 Brothers: Terry Felder Sr(Jacquelyn), Kim Felder Sr(Pamela), Cedric Hart, Lanard Davis, Shaun Davis and Mike Davis.
4 Aunts: Gladys Felder, Martha Felder(Willie Sr), Emma Adkinson and Virginia Johnson.
3 Uncles: Calvin Felder, Carl Felder(Cindy) and Tony Felder.
Services were held Saturday, February 18, 2018 at 11AM in the Sanctuary of Shiloh Baptist Church in Henderson, Georgia.
