Sandra was born on October 13, 1951 in Edgecombe County, NC to the late Gaston Rogers and Mary Louise Brown Rogers. She loved fishing and was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. Her greatest joy was her family and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Sandra was preceded in death by her sisters, Virginia O’Dell, Ruth Davis, Becky Hardy, and Kathy Casper.
