Little Charlie Stephens was born in 1921 in Cambria, Pennsylvania. His father Arthur b1892 was 29 and his mother Elizabeth nee Mitchell was just 24. He ultimately had five brothers and three sisters. He passed away as a child in 1929 in his hometown of Bakerton and was laid to rest near his family in this cemetery, two of which had preceded him in death. His mother is buried nearby having passed away some 20 years later.
