She was born in Fabius and had retired from the Manlius Veterinary Hospital as a veterinary technician assistant. A member of United Church of DeRuyter.
Surviving: daughters, Linda (Thomas) Springer, Christine (Daniel) Ladd and Colleen (Charles) Ladd, all of DeRuyter, Kelly (Niels) Kirkeby of Jamesville; sons, Terry (Gail) Wood of Endicott, Jerry Wood of Mt. Vision, Jeffrey (Pam) Wood of DeRuyter and Dale (Diane) Wood of Bell Buckle, TN; sister, Kareen Bready of Endicott; brothers, Clarence Dennis of Locke and Richard Dennis of Fabius; 25 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husbands, Richard Wood and Edgar Farley.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 4 p.m at the United Church of DeRuyter. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, DeRuyter. Calling hours will be Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m at the church.
