SANDRA ANN KEENE, 72 years of age of the Deskins section of Vansant, VA, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. Born in Grundy, VA, she was the daughter of the late Arville and Eva (Effler) Ratliff. She was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and a member of Vansant Church of Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and was a wonderful homemaker where she enjoyed cooking and crafts.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Condal Keene; 1-Sister: Debbie Childress.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Sam (Lisa) Keene, Grundy, VA, Drew (Melissa) Keene, Grundy, VA; 4-Grandchildren: Benjamin Keene, Kathryn Keene, Anna Keene and William Keene; 1-Brother: Terry (Cheryl) Ratliff, Vansant, VA; 2-Sisters: Carol (Bobby) Church, Abingdon, VA, Charlene (Noah) Vandyke, Abingdon, VA.
Also, survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for SANDRA ANN KEENE will be conducted Monday, January 15, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Rife of Vansant Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Clinch Valley Cemetery, Richlands, VA.
Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Sunday evening at 6:00 P.M.
