Mrs. Emma Harley Long, 91, of 407-C Frederick Douglas Apts. in Phenix City, AL. passed Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Orchard View Nursing Center.  Mrs. Long was born in Geneva, AL, daughter of the late Babe and Nellie Mae Puckett Harley. She was a domestic worker and her survivors include one daughter, Nellie Mae (Felix) Smith; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Funeral services and burial: Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 3PM at Uchee Chapel AME Church and Church Cemetery in Phenix City, AL.
