Larry Starks, 65, of Lynchburg passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was born on August 14, 1952, to the late Willie Starks, Sr. and Elizabeth Jackson Starks. He worked for Lynchburg City for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Bailey; two sons, Lamont Bailey and Reginald Bailey; two daughters, Natarsha Bailey, all of Lynchburg, and LaToya Bailey, of Danville; brothers, Henry Johnson, of Naruna, Va. and Willie Starks, Jr., of Lynchburg; two sisters, Phyllis Starks, Lynchburg and Jean Audrey Starks (Shortie), of Lynchburg; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
