Born in Missouri, as a child (after her mother died) her father returned to France and left Ruby with a grandmother. After working in the potato fields for many years, Ruby relocated to Medford Oregon. At one point, she attended night school to learn her trade as a bookkeeper.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick Washington, handled funeral arrangements

The wedding of Miss Ruby M. Bollinger, formerly of Medford, to Carl W. Percy of Seattle is set for October.

Miss Bollinger made her home in Medford until 1954, when she moved to Tacoma, where she has lived for the last three years. She attended Medford Schools and was employed by Wilson’s Camera shop, Medford Accounting service, and Snider’s Dairy. In Tacoma, she has been bookkeeper for Arden Farms company, and is now with Arden Farms company in Seattle.

Mr. Percy is the son of Mrs. Lawrence Cone of Kent Washington, and is employed in the purchasing office of the City of Seattle.
