Paul loved to golf and to bowl, and was an active volunteer with the Centreville High school football Chain Gang. He was a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church.
In addition to his loving wife, Kay, Paul is survived by his children: Michael Paul Blair (Mary) of Ellicott City, MD, Cynthia Blair Nanasi (David) of Timonium, MD and Kevin Joseph Blair (Christine) of Odenton, MD; his siblings: Edward Blair (Kathy), Mary Hitt and Robert Blair (Cindy); 6 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Thomas Blair, and grandson, Matthew Brady.
Friends and family may visit on Thursday, Feb. 15 at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, P.A. in Centreville, MD from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 11 am on Friday, Feb. 16 at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church. Burial will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, Feb. 17 at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Marriottsville, MD.
