Survivors include his wife: Judy D. Webb, Clinton, IL; son: Scott (Christy) Webb, Lane, IL; 5 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter and his dog: Copper.
Clarence was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister: Sandra Ellen Webb.
Dick worked at Revere Copper & Brass Inc. for 35 years. He enjoyed riding his Honda Goldwing Motorcycle.
