Born in McKeesport, PA he was the son of the late John W. and Margaret Rodman Henry.
Phillip had been employed as a steel worker at U.S. Steel. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing and camping. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed all sports.
Surviving is a son, Joseph J. Henry of New Holland; two grandchildren, Breanne Henry and Torin Henry; two sisters, Maureen Henry of Butler, and Patty Henry of California; and a brother, Don Henry of N. Huntingdon, PA.
A service celebrating Phillip's life will be held on Friday, February 16, at 7:00 P.M. at the New Holland United Methodist Church, 120 W. Main St., New Holland, PA with Pastor Eric S.
