Juanita May (Dugger) Bell, daughter of Fern (Crewse) Dugger and the late Lloyd Dugger, was born on November 27, 1957, in Cabool, Missouri, and departed this life on February 11, 2018, at her home in Cabool, Missouri following a long battle with breast cancer. She was 60 years, 2 months, and 15 days of age.

Juanita was raised in the Hartville area and attended school at Mountain Grove, Missouri, and was in the class of 1976. She spent most of her career as a waitress, working in many of the local restaurants. In her spare time she loved going to, as well as having, yard sales.

Juanita was saved and baptized at an early age and was attending the Willow Springs Free Will Baptist Church near Mountain Grove at the time of her passing. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Family was important to her and she always looked forward to getting together, having a wiener roast, and watching the little kids run around and play.

On April 7, 2006, she was united in marriage to Tony Bell. They shared 12 happy years together.

Besides her father, Juanita was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Dugger, and a nephew, Reggie Williams.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Bell, of the home, two sons, Brandon Fillinger and his wife, Amy, of Port Charlotte, Florida, and Tyler Fillinger of Mountain Grove, Missouri, one step-son, Justin Bell of Andover, Kansas, four grandchildren, Kylee, Austin, and Ryan Fillinger of Eudora, Kansas, and Atalee Fillinger of Mountain Grove, Missouri, four step-grandchildren, Magenta Bell of Andover, Kansas, and Mikaela, Kainan, and Garrick Wade of Port Charlotte, Florida, her mother, Fern Dugger of Mountain Grove, Missouri, two sisters, Tammy Williams and her husband, Zach, of Norwood, Missouri, and Marsha Pamperien and her husband, Kirk, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, three brothers, Tony Dugger of Hartville, Missouri, Ricky Dugger and his wife, Missy, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Greg Dugger and his wife, Rebecca, of Summersville, Missouri, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends who will miss her.
