Survived by his beloved wife Laura E. (Gutowski); sons David Stephen Juarin (d. 30 July 2016) (Jimmie Lou), Michael P. Juarin (Kimberly), and Stephen R. Juarin (1967-2015), and daughters Diane E. (Joe) Kubiak, Joanne M. (Steve) Hallock, and Nancy R. (Tony) Lisiecki. Also survived by nine grandchildren.
