Stephen J. Juarin, known as Steve J. Juarin, was born the son of Joseph Juarin and Elizabeth (Hornyak) Juarin of Hazelwood. He was preceded in death by siblings Joseph Juarin, Olga, Elizabeth, Julia and Mary Ethel.
Army veteran of World War II, he was employed by Carnegie-Illinois Steel Co., Pittsburgh Railways and H.J. Heinz.
Survived by his beloved wife Laura E. (Gutowski); sons David Stephen Juarin (d. 30 July 2016) (Jimmie Lou), Michael P. Juarin (Kimberly), and Stephen R. Juarin (1967-2015), and daughters Diane E. (Joe) Kubiak, Joanne M. (Steve) Hallock, and Nancy R. (Tony) Lisiecki. Also survived by nine grandchildren.
