The hotel had caught fire and the blaze extinguished. Mr. Carr fell dead, from heart disease, the stroke probably being due to excitement. The funeral is today, Sat. May 14, 1910, under the auspices of Trinity Lodge No. 27 F & AM, a delegation of Masons from Weaverville attended. Married Miss Mary A Ursher of Trinity Center June 1, 1890. Two living sons, George L and Clarence Carr. One daughter Cecil J Carr.
