Dale Allen Brooks, age 58, of Harrogate, TN. passed away February 4, 2018. Dale was the son of Buford and Vernice Brooks. His mother preceded him in death January of 2017. Dale was born on March 7, 1959, in Middlesboro Kentucky. Dale graduated as Valedictorian from Forge Ridge High School in 1977. He loved to work on cars and was a good mechanic and carpenter and enjoyed a good laugh. Dale was saved at an early age and was a member of Pump Springs Baptist Church.
