3rd day of March A.D. 1790 by David Hopkins there a Justice of the Peace and a Judge of
the County Courts of Washington County and that her name before her said marriage was
Rachel Bolton, that her said husband died at the town of Darien her present residence on
the 6th day of October A.D. 1840 and that she is now a widow." Darien is in Genesee County,
NY. This was written March 29, 1855 and is signed by Rachel Tyrell.
