Carol Jean Crawford, 75, of Bismarck, ND, passed away on January 31, 2018 after a battle with cancer.
Carol was born in Monango, ND on February 24, 1942. Her family moved to Plentywood, Montana in July of 1951. She graduated from Plentywood High School in May of 1960.
Carol was married to Joe Crawford in January 1965 and later divorced.
Carol worked as a clerk for the Ben Franklin in the toy department and then worked at La Casa Personal Care as an aide. She enjoyed gardening, reading, shopping, going to the movies, her Tuesday bible study, teaching Sunday School, lunch with friends and being a grandmother. She was actively involved in the United Methodist Church and the Family Riding Club when it existed.
Carol is survived by her children, Roberta Nelson (Steve) Mandan, ND, Melissa Crawford Orcutt, CA and Casey Crawford, (Adrienne) Phoenix, AZ. Grandchildren Kevin Crawford, Bismarck, ND, Zachary Bache (Justin Riordan), Washington, DC and Alexander Bache, Orcutt, CA; her brother Melvin Hall of Plentywood, MT and sister Debbie Hall (Will Wilson) of Troy, MT, and nephews Kolby Zugg, Troy, MT and Austin Zugg, Froid, MT.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Viola Hall.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Sheridan County Library. Her favorite color is blue and she requested that everyone wear blue to her memorial service.
