He was born August 23, 1930 in Watts, Oklahoma to Riley and Mettie Dozier Frazier.
Chester enjoyed going to auctions, wheelin’ and dealin’, fishing, music and playing his guitar. Above all he was devoted to his wife of 68 years, Willie, and his family.
In addition to his wife he is survived by six children, Dianna Hays, Kenneth Frazier, Karen Hankins, Jeanie Belt, Lisa Cousins, Gayla Scott; 21 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sons, Lonnie, Larry and Martin Frazier; a grandson, Craig Belt; seven brothers, J.D., Leon, Lester, Gene, Ivan, Clets and Lloyd Frazier; three sisters, Hester
Peal, Irene Greenlee, Lela Ratliff; and an infant great-great-grandson.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, at White Oak Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home Springdale Arkansas
