Bonnie Jennette Bradley
March 31, 1936 - December 4, 2017

On Dec. 4, 2017, Bonnie was called home by her loving Heavenly Father.

She was born March 31, 1936, the oldest of four children, to Cecil and Roberta Morgan. Her home was humble with an outhouse and no running water.

Their only means of transportation was a bicycle, which was used often by her dad, mom, herself and her cat. Being the first grandchild on both sides brought much joy and anticipation to the family.

A strawberry-blonde, blue-eyed girl, she was ready to conquer the world, but due to childhood illness she was kept bed-fast for two years. She couldn't run, play and be active like other children, so she learned to develop a love for drawing and reading. Her motherly instincts were developed early, which gave her the opportunity to help her mother with the siblings.

She had a great love for learning, and in her later years she returned to school, graduating with a bachelor's degree in home economics. While attending Utah State she was smitten with love. This led to her marriage and sealing to Sterling Kendall in the Logan LDS Temple.

Because of his active life in sports, she experienced life with him as she had never done before. They loved dancing and took dance classes together. She especially loved ball games where she cheered him on to hit home runs.

When he joined the service she enjoyed traveling abroad to countries she had never seen before. They were married 14 years. To this marriage they were blessed with two beautiful children - Keven and Stephanie. Her hardest challenge would come as Sterling died and left her alone to carry on.

Bonnie learned to enjoy the simple things in life. She was always concerned about others and how they were doing. She was a good listener and willing to share their heartaches.

She loved her home and had the ability to beautify the grounds with flowers she raised and planted.

Bonnie's life was again enriched when she met and married a friend, Earl Bradley. They were married Aug. 8, 1973. To this union he brought his five children - Cindy, Kristy, Terri, Lisa and Michael - and together they had Christopher. With Bonnie's two this totaled eight children. They were married for 44 years.
The family enjoyed the great outdoors and loved just being together in nature.

Bonnie was a master chef. Anything she cooked would have taken a blue ribbon. Cooking for a large family was a challenge she accepted with ease. One of Bonnie's highlights was being with Earl as he played his instruments. They went many places and met many new friends.

For years they gardened together. Then she would bottle the produce they raised. She learned to be very frugal and used the vegetables they had grown.

Throughout her life she had to deal with several challenges, but those trials seemed to define who she was. She had a great love for her savior and his divine purpose for she and her family.

Her legacy is one of service, sacrifice, hard work and love. She didn't expect life to be easy but always did the best with what she was given.

Bonnie's greatest treasure on earth was her eight children, 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Sterling Kendall, dad Cecil Morgan and daughter Cindy Bradley.

Survivors include her sons, Keven (Becky) Kendall, Michael (Patty) Bradley and Christopher Bradley; daughters, Kristy (Troy) McMillen, Terri Cloud, Lisa (Zane) Alder, Stephanie (Todd) Sterling; 14 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren; mother, Roberta Morgan; sisters, Pat (Eddie) Mather, Sue Morgan; and brother, Steve (Nola) Morgan.

A viewing will be held Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center St., Logan, from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services begin at 11 a.m. and will be held Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at the Logan 1st Ward church, 100 S. 200 West, Logan, with a viewing prior to funeral services from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in the Logan City Cemetery.
