Michael W. McCullough, 28, of Wellsboro, passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 in Fort Knox, Ky.
Michael was born Aug. 2, 1989 in Jacksonville, N.C., he was the son of Ralph W. and Susan E. (Worth) McCullough.
Michael graduated from Wellsboro High School. He was very athletic and played football for his high school. He had many interests, including hunting, fishing and boxing. Michael was party chief for his survey crew.
Michael had an epic smile that could light up a room and a hug that felt like angel wings. He will be missed by all, especially his dog, Bella whom he loved very much.
Surviving in addition to his parents, Ralph and Susan, is his grandfather, William Worth of Florida; sister, Karissa Prouty of Wellsboro; two nephews, Andrew Prouty and Noah Zengerle, both of Wellsboro; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, that loved him dearly.
Michael's Life Celebration will be held on Sunday, Jan. 14, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 3-5 p.m., at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main St., Wellsboro. Service to follow at 5 p.m.
