Lawrence Foster Jr. of Huachuca City, Az. was born May 25, 1945, in Cheneyville, La. to the union of his parents, Lawrence and Rose Ann Foster Sr.

Lawrence was a retired engineer prior to retiring from the United States Army where he honorably served for many years.

Lawrence was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 6, 2018, at St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA, he was 72 years old.

Lawrence was preceded in death by both his parents. Lawrence Foster Jr. leaves to cherish his memory his two sons, Uwayzo (Alanda) Foster of Omaha, NE, Lyron (Rachel) Foster of Bloomsburg, PA, two daughters, Yoruba (Eddie) Foster-Cox of Virginia Beach, VA, Elzeria (Lionel) Goudeau of Oakdale, La. two brothers, Bobby R. Foster, Rev. Johnny R. Foster, five sisters, Mary Lucille Foster Perry, Virginia A. Foster-James, Lottie M. Foster-Harris, Juanita Foster-Chase, Thelma Foster-Katey, 18 Grandchildren , 1 Great-Grandchild and a host of other loving family and friends, Lawrence will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
