Gabriel Paul Williams passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014 at the age of 15.
He was the son of Donna Hymel and Leon G. Bergeron.
Stepson of Michael Dufrene, Jr.
Brother of Gabrielle Hymel, Nicole Dufrene, and Michael Dufrene III.
Grandson of Don and Lola Hymel, Leon Bergeron, and Alice LaCoste, as well as step grandson of Shirley and Michael Dufrene Sr.
Best friend and cousin of Jeremy Hymel.
He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
He was especially close to his aunts, Crystal Perez, Patricia Hymel, Ashley Jackson, Tracey Hymel, Lacey Hymel, Lori Nicholas, Kathy Woods, and the late Angel Hymel.
He was an outgoing and friendly teen who enjoyed football and baseball, as well as hanging out with his friends and family.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Friday, April 11, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin on Thursday Evening at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and continue on Friday Morning from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum.
