Sarah A. Arthur, 98, formerly of 1929 W. Highland St. Allentown, died September 30, 2010 in the Phoebe Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late David L. Arthur. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Ralph R. and Florence A. (Rohrbach) Reifsnyder. She was a 1929 graduate of Allentown High School. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Allentown.
