1964 obituary. KIMBALL, Neb. - George E. Hague, 41, an engineer at Kimball missile base, died unexpectedly Monday in a local hospital. He was a former resident of Gorham, Maine. Born in Somerville, Mass., May 31, 1923, he was the son of Theresa Bergstrom Hague of Gorham and the late Axel A. Hague. He was graduated from the Maine Maritime Academy at Castine, and attended Tufts College, the University of Maine and North Carolina State College. During World War II, he served as a Navy lieutenant in the European Theater. Mr. Hague was a member of Temple Lodge, AF and AM of Westbrook, Maine; a 32nd degree Mason, and was a member of Kora Shrine of Lewiston, Maine. Besides his mother and widow, Mrs. Bette Truax Hague, he is survived by a daughter, Miss Lisa Jean Hague of Kimball; two brothers, Lawrence A. Hague, Portland, and Douglass R. Hague of Gorham; and several aunts, uncles and nieces. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Friday from 76 State St., Gorham. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Falmouth, Maine.
