Mrs. Brenda York, 67, of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at Schneck Medical Center.
She was born in Seymour on December 29, 1950 to the late Louis and Lorene (Lunsford) Weaver.
On February 28, 1969, she married Robert "Bob" York; he survives.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years; son, Christopher and daughter-in-law Tiffany York; grandchildren, Gabriella York, Samantha York and Robert York; brother, Thomas Weaver; sisters, Linda Weaver, Diana (Steve) Coombs and Kim (Jamie) Cowles; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service at Riverview Cemetery on Monday, February 12 at 10 am with Rev. Dan DeFriece.
