Denise Nicole Stevens, “Nisey” went to be with the Lord on January 28, 2018. She was a graduate of Central High School, Class of 2007 and presently employed by Michael Blanton.

Denise was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend. Her personality was fun and outgoing and everyone who knew her would agree. Most importantly, Denise was a child of God!

Preceded in death by fiancé Ronnie Mack; grandparents, William, Sr. (Ellen) Stevens, Beatrice Summerour and Fred Woods, Sr.; uncle, James Larry Badgett and cousin, Tony Elder, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory: three adorable sons: Bryan Martin, Damain and Daimen Mack; parents, William Allen Stevens and Ginger Stevens; siblings: Betric, DeMarcus and Allen Michael Stevens; a host of nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins to include devoted cousin, DeAuntray Woods and devoted friends, Tisha Johnson, Brandi McClendon and Abdul Tahir "Hunai."

Special thank you to Pleasant Ridge and Pond Gap Elementary, Knox County Schools, University of TN Agriculture, Rural Metro, Cherry St. Church of God Sanctified and big cousin, Deidre Bomar.

Friday, February 9, 2018, the family will receive friends from 11 am to 12 pm with service to follow at Rogers Memorial Baptist Church, 520 College Street. Reverend Dr. Willa Estella officiating. Interment to follow at New Gray Cemetery where a white dove release will conclude the service. The family will assemble at 5004 Tenwood Drive, Knoxville, TN 37921.
